Whenever I've rung up Xbox looking for customer service, I've always spoken to someone who either can't hear me, like this dude + they can never speak english! It kinda pisses me off. Why can't they employ people who can actually help us! Having someone working in a noisey area is unacceptable and its even more frustrating that they can't speak english! I've ended up having to hang up on numerous occassions and work the problems out myself! Get it together microsoft!!!
