I say that the Ludroth is tougher than the quropeco. He survives longer, which is a pain, especially if you're using the lance, as you block and get two hits in before you have to block again!

@AlphaTobi well ludroth has more hp , but his attacks are weak and easy to dodge. quropeco has them stupid flints but hp wise he aint to bad. i guess its just what you class as 'harder' longer fight or stronger attacks

@smaug131 Sadly only Great Jaggi's and Great Baggi's will attack other monsters. So monsters won't fight each other otherwise. But you can make monsters attack each other if they're trying to attack you but hit another monster. Always fun to do. ^_^

I dont own a Wii and I dont pretend to buy a Wii anytime soon. So my only choice is to wait for Monster Hunter Freedom 3 when it comes later this year or spring the next. That game is going to have 14 out of the 18 bosses in tri plus many more and 12 different kind of weapons (tri only has 7). You are right with the underwater battles but that is something I can live without.
