think about it, if lily were to be unconscious through out the entire movie, then captan Picard would have blown up the ship and data along with all the Borg would have died.
Or...... The captan would have stayed and fought the Borg and the crew would most likely be dead or all borgs.
Or...... Then again they could have won.
But lily and Picard made a good team. And the movie ended on a Farley happy note.
( I only say fairly because a lot of the Crew members lost there lives)
She could have left her unconscious. Then she would have been ASSIMILATED. She chose the lesser of two evils. What were they supposed to do, DRAG her through the Jeffries Tubes?
That's a mis-characterization of the Prime Directive. It just means that the UFP cant mess with the natural development of a pre-warp civilization. Even if you have good intentions and kept it completely secret your still wrong.

Beverly... can I see you in my ready room for a moment?

um, this isn't lying... lying is when you say something, which you know to be false. She likely thought she could keep her unconscious :P
So, change the f'ing title to...
"Beverly Crusher is mistaken"

vilgax123 2 years ago 17
leave her for the borg, while they make a getwaway
