Your're right about micro-nutrients. That said, you may as well eat 2 bowls of chocolate ice cream than have this shake recipe. Sugar in your cereal. Crazy sugar in raisins. Sugar in the oatmeal. Oh hai! Have you tried - fast abs magic (just google it)? Ive heard some great things about it and my mate got amazing 6 pack abs and lost tons of fat with it.
I recommended using plain yogurt and plain oatmeal that doesnt contain any processed sugar or artificial additives. The protein shake if you add it should be a low cal shake without any huge additives.
