The Up in Smoke I saw isn't blatantly censored, there is no bleeping or anything, but it is altered. They changed some parts and removed others. For example, Cheech calls the huge joint a statue of liberty in the skit and he calls it a led zeppelin in the movie. And the "penis to Venus" bit is in the skit, but not in the movie.
