both my parents are congolese , but my mother had a white father and she has like his tiny slim nose that she then gave to me. i'm very thin and very tall, so you can only imagine how people look at me when i go back to the country LOLOL. some dude refused to serve me food in a "nganda" because he thought i was rwandan. i was terrified because i thought everybody was gonna gang up on me! but then the people that were with me reassured him about my nationality and origins and he served me food.
