Well, what kind of "attack points" do you think Ayers and Dohrn had in mind when they were rationalizing the murder of 25 million Americans to implement their Marxist Utopia?

I for one am really looking forward to someone serving as my president who is well educated, intelligent, intellectually curious. Also someone who is a constitutional scholar, has clarity of thought, who is practical, pragmatic, and calm under fire. Well reasoned in his approach to dealing with the monumental problems this nation faces in the near and long term.

Apart from anything else, the Republicans should not be rewarded with four more years in office. Think of all the damage they have done: a ten trillion dollar national debt; a war based on lies and entered into for profit (and Osama Bin Laden & Al Quaeda still alive and well); the U.S. Constitution ripped to shreds; the economy in ruins, while the rich get richer still; etc, etc. How could any sane working American vote for a Republican?

I've read both the Republican and Democratic platforms completely, researched comments from debates, ads and rhetoric for an article in a local newspaper, and after 3 months of fact-checking, Obama gets my vote. McCain is running a scare campaign just as Bush did in 2004. As yet, not a single allegation has held up to scrutiny. Check the FACTS. It can all be confirmed by independent sources. In voting, make your choice based on fact, not hype or scare tactics. We've had enough of that.

I for one am really looking forward to someone serving as my president who is well educated, intelligent - and most important - intellectually curious. Also someone who is calm and reasoned in his approach in dealing with the monumental problems this nation faces in the near and long term.

I think with Obama as President, all wars will just end themselves.
Most people around the world have a problem with Bush and his neoconic policies, his choice of war before peace, and war before diplomacy, and his biased support for Israel, despite its faults.
We need a president with new ideas, a president who sees all countries of the world as potential allies, all countries of the world as partners; someone who believes in the power of uniting the world rather than dividing it.

And yes, it wouldn't suprise me one bit if all wars stopped in that region, bcos with the right sort of politics, peace can prevail, and changes can be made. Unity over division, that's the key, that's the sort of thinking that is needed to make those changes.

Barack Obama - I hope that you win this election. Not only for the benefit of all Americans, but also for the millions of people worldwide who are directly affected by American decisions. Like millions of others, I lost my life savings as a direct result of this credit crisis and I feel that your policies are exactly what our world needs to find an appropriate and responsible path out of this economic disaster.
