3:56 - 4:10 my heart sank. A country as small as Germany was so strong and so brave as well as the American soldiers storming that beach. The Germans were just doing their duty as the Americans.

those men are brave, not as todays militaries, hidding behind rockets and stealth bombers

There is no explanation as to why the naval and aerial bombardment missed the shoreline defenses. OK so the bombing was not as accurate as the USAF claimed, but what about the naval guns?

@cristop5 wind plays a factor/altitude/drop point... WW2 was not the era of precision bombing unless you were a dive bomber :)
