Of course, weather control is being pursued.  Why do you think the United Nations has had the ENMOD treaty since the 1970's??? The nasty part is that while most nations have signed the ENMOD, any nation that is developing and wants to test this technology, has to use it against DOMESTIC targets----meaning that America has to test it on Americans, Canadians on Canadians, Brits on the Commonwealth, and so on.

I have had a suspicion that the global meltdown caused by banks and allowed by governments is a fund raiser for the elite to finish the work on the ISS.

@Gnostic279 Somehow, I don't think that knowing who built the pyramids will enlighten people as to whether or not HAARP controls technology. While I don't rule out that HAARP may be able to affect weather patterns, it can't be controlling all of the weather around the globe. Logic tells me that. Please don't get me wrong, I totally believe the leaders of our countries and, the world, do some eff'ed up crap, but controlling technology via HAARP is a stretch. No doot aboot it. Cheers!
