I was sooo mad when I beat the game and saw the ending for the first time. Dx Had like... 99 phoenix downs and potions.... Dodged all the missiles, was killing the soldiers just fine... Fades out and cuts to the part where he's all beat up and can barely lift his sword... Switched to magic and was killing 'em just fine with THAT... and then the game was just like "HAH, sorry, you're not winning this. You is be dead." -.-

it wasnt, alot of people actually requested a game for aack after piecing together different things in FFVII, Square had probably planned a game for him for a long time, it jsut hadnt happened yet, they had originally wanted to, when you see flashbacks of him being Clouds "Friend" as pieced together, then they decidied to do it, and it became very popular, but this is all speculation on my part

The virus is in Sephiroth that's is what he basically is so he won't degrade.Cloud has pure S cells so he won't degrade but the virus was killing his body too so even if he had pure S cells he still would've died

You never played FF7 for PS1? Play it and all your gaps will be closed (it's also a great game). As far as I remember the movie is (of course) slightly different from the game. FF7 starts like CC ends... But I think Cloud doesn't remember... The movie didn't show how everyone met(?). Maybe that's the bigest gap ;)

Anyway , saddest part of Lovely FfVII, absolutely amazing. Just one bad side of this game. I remember when I spent a lot of nights to gain all of stuff, summons, levels and still the beating Emerald was so hard with quite high role of luck. In Crisis Core when I get Ziedrich and Genji Stuff Minerva was easy as hell.
