I attended UIC and learned about Jay and learned about Jay and his story as I got into the going to the UIC Soccer games. His story is incredible and proud to say we have the same alma mater. During the World Cup, I made sure that everyone knew who he was and his story and ordered the DVD and can't wait to see it.

I've seen this film and it's simply unbelievable. Jay DeMerit's story is incredible and this film does an amazing job of telling it.

The filmmakers did a great job in conveying the uplifting and inspirational aspects - so that it appeals to everyone, not just soccer fans.

Have you thought about using Kickstarter to raise finances? You could charge more for things like adding contributor names to the credits, providing special edition packages etc. It works for lots of creative projects--why not this?
