Kd6?! am i missing somethin. remember that if u keep a piece diagnal from the knight with one square between it takes 3 moves for the knight to put you in check again
He clearly took a long pause after your 26. ...Ne5. What I think he was calculating, and what seems to me like a line with potential, is 27. Rd1 d3 28. cxd3 Nxd3 29. Ka2 Nxf4 30. Rxd6 cxd6 31. Rxf4 -- Here you'd be up the exchange with probably a won endgame. Note that 28. ...Qxd3 probably fails to 29. Qxe5.
To answer your question, yea, I'm a fan of Family guy. But I don't enjoy kibs under 12ish watching it. So for us older folks it's hard to watch with our kids. Although most of the "adult" humor goes over thier heads, it is very violent as KC said. But I guess times have change sooo much since I was 12 back in the mid to late 80's.
Anyways on to the game, alot of stuff here I haven't seen played before, was quite interesting. I think I might have to watch it again, hehe. thnx KC.
"Mm, quite some time." Hilarious.

very bad ending you should have used your knight and king to limit the white king's movements. instead you just let his king accompany his pawns

What is this system for white called? I played a game with these exact same moves as white in the opening, and it was an entertaining system.

In 9:56 Kb6 check followed by Kd7 is an easy win.

@Sozialneutralist I assume you mean Nb6+ (Kb6 would be disastrous!)

@dcschess05
haha Yes, sorry. I'm always confused because in German we use different letters. =D

At the end don't you win by placing your knight on e2? You can play Ng3+ and when white plays Kf2, you can put your knight on e2 stopping the pawn.

First of all, I think you used the wrong opening strategy. More common is not to fianchetto.
Secondly, I think there is a win for black: by maneuvering the knight in advance, instead of advancing the pawn to the a2-square.
Lastly, I would like to see you play more Center-Counter games.

Andrew Martin once said it on a DVD, 1.e4 players hate to face the Scandinavian :p
Nice game.

@GMAhmedAdly, are you kidding? I love it. However, this guy didn't do the required Eat pawn, and then Nc3, instead losing tempo and losing space.

66... Nb6+ would have assured your victory because when Kc7 then Nd7 and you win the pawn

I didn't even realize you could play the game after the time went out . . . Chesscube doesn't let you. :[.
