What happens in most hotels is you order your omelette then and while it is being made you go and serve yourself with the rest of your breakfast. By the time all this is sorted your omlette is normally ready. I stay in 4 and 5 star hotels all over the world and this seems common practise.
That is a nice way to make it. Like it especially with the chopsticks. Too bad I don't have a gas stove. Looks good. Perhaps the serve on the plate would be a nice compliment to this video where the chef could say "Bon Appetit" :-)
