In Europe, Japan, North America, Russia, etc. the buses, trolleys, etc have a lock that prevents the bus, trolleys, etc from being able to move if the doors are open.
I'm sure somewhere down the road when China becomes a country where people lack common sense - like in the United States - then they will put in the locking mechanisms that prevent the buses from being able to move when the doors are opened.
well, Hong Kong is part of China and using the same 300 years British system that all the colony has been adopting driving on the left since the year 1779 after the industrial revolution. China, United State and Soviet Union being the contients and they always driving on the right since the year Henry Ford invented the Model T in the year 1904.
Here in the U.S., if any bus driver is caught driving with the door open, they get a ticket. If there would have been a passenger sitting behind the driver and they fall out, the company could get sued!!!
Lol, this is very common in countries where the busses don't have airconditioning. Such as countries in Asia, Turkey, and several countries in South America.
My brother Markus Bott had been tortured during five and a half years by the German BND, which is the former GESTAPO. I recorded more than 100 videotapes which ended up in the legal system. My brother was tortured during 1.5 years despite several legal procedures pending. Markus Bott was assassinated on July 11th 2009 because of our homepage, linked on my channel, and our book Der Totalitäre Staat. If my homepage disappears, the BND will have assassinated me as well.
I agree -- this door is left open normally in the summer -- to help the air flow through the bus because there is normally no air conditioning in the buses! Especially in china. ;)
You haven't been to places where there are not even buses, and if there are they don't even have windows and doors and they get overloaded with passengers, luggage and whatnot. There are many places in developing world where buses are made of scrap tins and wood. That bus in China you show on your video is far better than the buses and "home-grown" transports in many developing countries.
ha ha ha ha....it's natural air conditioning. In Korea they seal shut all the doors and windows and let you sit in the sweltering heat. I'll take an open door anyday.
@Allawahguy hmm im not too sure if this is china =.=" traditional chinese on the bus door rather than simplified? hmmm and yea obviously he hasnt been to place like vietnam combodia or india lol
maybe he was letting more ventilation in. tell me what children are going to fall out, there is only 1 person on the bus! and he does close the door after the next person enters!
there are things called rules and regulations for our saftey purposes. This is why your country can never get developed cause you take things too easy.
right... like rules and regulation about not shooting people? how many shooting cases are there in china? how many are there in your "developed countries"? namely america.
funny how some people fuss over little things so much but dont give a shit about the big picture.
America is a one fucked country.Too many hillbillies there. But seriously little thing counts. That is how a society can run in a smooth way with obeying rules and regulations.I dont hate china .i would be happy to see chinese people having a better life too.
when i went to London many years ago, i saw that big red busses and they didnt even have doors.
