i am from egypt and i am married to an italian man, and i live in north italy.. and i dont find that the italian ppl here are very nice! too much fakeness and superficiallity! bella figura !! sempre! not very nice feeling this! they r not genuine ppl and they like good looks only ! here the black ppl only work as security guards to clothes shops ! i never saw a black person working as a lawyer or somthing respectable! like in other european countries!

I fully agree! However I am Neapolitan and I use methods learned since I was a kid watching pizzaioli producing this culinary marvel. I can only go by the comments of my relatives (Neapolitans!!) visiting me in Australia: they concur that the pizza I make is as good as the "real" pizza

if you have the right quality ingredients it doesnt matter. My favourite is Napoli, or Margherita. I have eaten about 10 in Napoli, Italy. Napoli is: sauce, basil and Buffalo Mozzarella. or same, but with capers and anchovies not basil. Its not the topping as much as the quality, and the best you get is from italy

The height of the dome is too high. If it was ok you wouldnt need to hold the pizza up. Its the 1st time ive ever seen someone trying to cure the problem like that. How high is the dome internal?? Double dome/ extra insulation means diddly squat if design is poor

You are mistaken on two counts: 1- it is a double dome with extra insulation in between.

2 Professionals hold the pizza in the hottest part to enhance the flavor (Maillard reactions-caramelization of sugars)
