  • Congratulations ! I know its video is way old than today but the experience is still very encouraging. I am so happy and glad to hear that your daimoku got you your desired job and a date with a man. I've been chanting for a kosen-rufu (male) partner and eventually settle down and have a kosen-rufu family. But more than that I'm chanting to find a post-doc. Would love to stay in touch and learn more from you and share experiences, chant and win together with sensei ! Thank you so much !

  • In "With These Eyes" a young woman is faced with the wrath of industry when she is about to discover the secret behind Quantum Power, a real, sustainable green energy source.

On her global quest for the truth, the young woman is faced with society's plagues like the flu vaccine, television and chem trails.

A great synopsis of the story will greet you at the WithTheseEyes website.

  • @sudhocean Hey! Sorry to hear you are suffering. You should give the chanting a try. It works wonders to transform suffering.

  • Lord Buddha has never said to chant and ask for things from gods. He said if that really works out, there will be no beggers.. Stop bullshiting guys. Mahayana Buddhisum is not the pure buddhisum. If u wana learn d pure buddhisum that lord buddha has taught, visit Sri Lanka, Thailand, Burma or India. U guys r going on the wrong path. U should come from the dark to the light. Not de other way

  • Amitofou . Hi RobbieBobbyBoy, Buddha hears you and your chanting Please keep chanting Life is not meant to be easy. But with faith we all can manage those tough time

  • @spruntfemalespray stupid

  • ciao of italy ROMA-

  • Robbie, i saw how you responded to the haters. that's exactly the way to deal with these "people" who hate anyone who's different from them......you're a very good person. good day. :)

  • DAMMNIT Id date u anytime =P

    wish u were straight =(

  • How many times did you chant that mantra every day? 108 times, with the help of a mala? Thank you!

  • I look at chanting as polishing a mirror in front of you to broadcast & make clear ur intention for ur life, work & mission in the world. I BELIEVE that this chant is akin to the secret , it is the communication with something greater than we could hope to be or any material thing could ever bring us. Pray only the best, most beautiful dream be graced upon you & seeing how blessed u already are , then focus on the healing of earth & all humanity, 2 stop war, starvation, abuse& hatred 4eva.

  • Do u join SGI in the states? Robbie, glad for ur success

  • Good for you fella

  • what a load of bollocks this guy is...what happens when your new boyfriend gives you aids when your bumming him up the arsepipe as u do???Still good luck...?This is mindless drivel.

  • what does anyone's sexual orientation have to with anything else? There's no end to hating.

  • Its all ME ME ME for Robbie isnt it?

  • @findlaymcarthur You came up to HIS vid, sonny. Wake up.

  • Great spirit Robbie!!

  • may Buddah bless you. God hasn't.

  • Hey Robbie, why dont u b little bit more wiser? U got a job and a date not coz u chant. LOL.. I am a buddhist and Lord Buddha had never said any of his follower to chant and crave for things. This is wrong way of practising Buddhisum. If u want to learn the pure buddhisum, learn from some Sri Lanka, Thailand or Burmies temple. Chinese, Tibet and Japanese have different practise than what lord buddha had said.

  • @jinujee take note of the date of this video. Buddah, was not a lord, a god, or a supernatural being. He was an ordinary man, with extra ordinary ideas. The Buddhism I practice is not the same as the school u practice. We believe in moderation in all things in life. The buddhism I practice is about daily life. Not fairy tale and fantasy and dogma. Our Buddhist practice is about finding happiness for ourselves and others around us. Nothing more. Nothing less. Learn about the Lotus Sutra.

  • Robbie, please make more videos as to updates of your life and journey... you are a very clam good human being... Thanks

  • Awesome! Good for you:) Enjoy it all and don't forget to be grateful:)

  • u have beautiful eyes

  • @spruntfemalespray fuck u u bigget

  • I was in the UK (for my first time) in March of this year (2010). I'm also a ringer and I got to ring at a twelve bell ring in London, my first night! I'm also into electrified railways as well. Too bad I couldn't have had the opportunity to have met you (perhaps through the SGI-UK). One thing I must say that I am pleased with is that there is virtually no homophobia in Buddhism - especially within the Nichiren Sects! (Otherwise I most definitely would not even bother)! Keep chanting!

  • Anyone can practice buddhism, even gay people. If you say otherwise, then you must have misunderstood or have not read any of the buddhist teachings. The Buddha walked all over India giving his teachings to those who were willing to listen. He did not exclude anybody or discriminated anyone. I'm not gay, but I respect them as I respect all living beings. Nam Myoho Renge Kyo.

  • loved it!

  • Nam Myoho Renge Kyo is the roar of the lion! It has brought me great benefit as well. it is good so see another member of SGI who is willing to share his experience.

  • Congrats! I'm from Singapore Soka Association. Really happy for your personal victories. Continue chanting Nam-myoho-renge-kyo no matter what. Take care and let's all work for Kosen-rufu!

  • I find it hard to practice

'm in a hurry in the morning

    tired at night

I let my negativity dominate can you help me?

sorry my english a hug from Argentina

  • @laolvidada if anything, chant whenver you can. You may be busy in the morning, but maybe on your drive you chant a little. Do sansho before lunch. Every little bit can help. Your sincere efforts will go rewarded. I promise you.

  • @supremethunderer thank you !!

    i´ll do it

  • @spruntfemalespray thank you for your enlightened comments. May good fortune find you. And may all your wishes come true.

  • @frankbough1955 Thanks for your comments. Have a nice day.

  • @frankbough1955 thats sad that you feel the need to assume that we need to find salvation in anything

i don't know if you have a religion but if u do im sure what ever you believe in promote positivity and you just spew everything negative you will get what you deserve your karma will catch up with you

  • @frankbough1955 you are ignorant

  • Comment removed

  • @throbule what you say is true. But if you took the time to notice, I had only just started practicing. What right do you have to cut me down? I have learnt much in the last 2 years. I have grown as a person and see more from buddhism then sex, and material possession. We all grow as people, but noone grows and learns with out the help of others. Help people, dont put them down. That is what the Buddha would do.

  • @RobbieBobbyBoy: Ok, perhaps I was a bit harsh, but there was no way of knowing that you were a beginner.

Since you say the video is old and that you have learned much since, do you think it might be a good idea to remove it?

Many people who are beginners may see this and be put off (as I was), even though I have been practising for more than 25 years.

Its your video so I realise its your choice.

However, I wish you peace and much happiness and I'm sorry if I upset you.

  • Hi Robbie. Thanks for the interesting videos and positive perspective. I'm just getting into Nicheren Buddhism and chanting. Looking forward to it. Thanks for your useful explanations

  • We would rather be ruined than changed

We would rather die in our dread than climb the cross of the moment

    And let our illusions die.

  • Please share more about Chanting Nam Myoho renge' kyo Thank you Robbie, an SGI Member, in Las Vegas

  • Sorry dearie...didnt mean to hurt your feelings but if you think that a few days chanting got you a job and a boyfriend then I think thats a crock of shit! I got an open mind so go ahead and explain how it works .Cheers Frank

  • This doesnt make much sense to me .What if your new boyfriend gives you AIDS and you get killed on the way to your new job...This is not Buddhism ...

  • @frankbough1955 thank you for your kind comments. its great to hear people spreading love and showing compassion and encouragement. thank you

  • @RobbieBobbyBoy I am not all about saying nice things .Sometimes the seriously deluded need someone to scream in their ear to wake them up.STOP believing blindly what you are told or want to believe.work out your own salvation.Grow up kids.

  • @frankbough1955 If you can't say anything nice don't say anything at all. You really do not understand this particular pratice, it's about actual proof in obtain our human desires and over coming obstables and having determination.

  • @minnieclips er I think you are seriously deluded .How is this different to praying to Jesus for all the money and crap that you want?I think you guys need to take a good look at yourself ! Stop believing blindly what you are told or what you WANT to believe. You are not 10 year olds any more ...or maybe you are.Sorry to shatter your illusions but its for the best dearie.

  • @frankbough1955 OMG WOW!!!! =(

  • @frankbough1955 and BTW, you can not catch AIDS. AIDS is acquired immune deficiency syndrom. Buddhism is about life, compassion, and the ending of suffering. People like you who preach hatred and not compassion. THAT IS NOT BUDDHISM.

  • remember its not always what you get in life but how you use it. sometimes not getting what you want is more of a lesson . :}

  • dont get confused and go to work with the date and take out your job for the evening.

  • yeah robbie well pleased for you!!

  • thanks for the inspiration and congrats on the new relationship AND job!!!

My question is, when you write what you want on a piece of paper, stare at a blank wall and focus on the sound of the chant, what are we doing with the piece of paper. Are we holding it, or what?

  • @najeze there is no formula! just do it. focus on the chant and know that life will change...

  • Your videos are very cute! Hope u get all the happiness in life!

I have been chanting for an hour each day too! cant wait for my breakthrough! :-)

  • Um Hi! not to sound mean or anything but the gohonzon is NOT A WISHING WELL that is how you are making it sound like. I admire your chanting and all but please do make the gohonzon sound like a wishing well, and it does not matter how long you want to chant daimoku/gongyo it is your choice how long you want to chant

  • Whats Better Than Cash Gifting, Nothings better than giving! I'm Glad I joined best activity I've ever been apart of!!

  • This is just awesome. I watched a Tina Turner video on the Nam Myoho Renge Kyo which is the first one I found on turning your life around. Thanks so much for posting and I'm happy for your joy and abundance and leading the way :-). Gives me strength and courage :-)

  • Hi. I am a Nichiren Buddhist from India, just about joined recently... I liked all your videos... I too lost my job after really slogging 24x7 for3 years.... and just before that happened, I met a friend who is battling cancer... he told me about nam myoho renge kyo and how it has helped him... i have been chanting ever since for a new, better and less stressful job... and more so after I lost my job.... I wanted to let you know how nice your videos are...

  • Thank you! a SGI member from Spain

  • ........how many hours a pop did you sit and chant? On and off all day, or like an hour each day etc.. Just trying to gauge a good chanting timeframe regarding specific goals quickly is why I ask. Your testimonials are inspiring to me. Thanks for posting them Bodhisattva. You are so cute.

  • Thank you! Chanting 1 hour a day is what does it! Changing Karma isnt just about chanting its about taking action in your life and in your community!!!!! :-)

  • Hi RobbyBobby, your videos are great, fun and inspiring, love them, kudos to you! I'm a Nichiren Buddhist myself since 03 (although admittedly I haven't been consistent enough in my practice).Lately I've made a determination to get serious. Just curious, when you were able to manifest the job and the guy so quickly, you mentioned seriously chanting for three days....,

  • that was nice benefits..i hope these benefits will keep u inspire and bring hope to others.. cheers!!

  • How do you ask for sumthing in a chant? forgive me i am very new to this !!!!

  • write it down on a bit of paper. Then face a blank wall and chant. Focus on the sound of Nam myho renge kyo. thats it :)

  • Hello Robbie,

I found your postings by chance. I was looking for daimoku recordings...

I hope you can post your thoughts on "being determined". Three years ago I found the job but it's been 4yrs since I pray for a single man...

The story is more complex but perhaps you could inspire your fellows overseas: in California!

    Regards,

    Em-

  • hey Em,

Yes I need to chant for a good man to come to my life and find me! Its very difficult! I must make more videos.

Sensai says prayer is battle, and life is battle, we must not give up and keep moving forward, otherwise we are cowards and cowards dont win! :D

I will def post more videos soon!

  • WOW.. how inspiring! Thanks for being so open and sharing your benefits with us! Chanting is indeed like a magic lamp. I have had so many amazing experiences in my practice. And I've also learned that when I don't get what I want, Its because there is something better waiting for me. I look forward to your future videos!

  • thank you1 :-)

would love to hear more about your experiences :-)

  • You are absolutely right Peachescanterbury! That has happened to me numerous times. Most time when I pray hard for something, my prayers are often answered. However, there were few times when I didnt get what I prayed for. Strangely though, my faith never waver, I continued to pray and always end up getting something better than what I prayed for.

  • Congratulations Robby. I hope things continue to look up for you.

  • Thank you :-) I keep chanting and things keep moving and changing! :-)

  • Thank you :) things are getting better all the time, and when troubles are comimg my way, I am chanting all the way through them. Turning poison in to medicine. :-)

  • I've had many wonderful benefits/results and much spiritual growth. Nam Myoho Renge Kyo works. Go deeper into the meaning and things will get better and better. Thanks for posting this.

  • See?

    :)

    with metta,

    fang xx

  • Hey fang! what do I see?? :-)

  • Check back on your video when you lost your job :)

  • Nice to see things have come up roses for you now. Gives me hope I can find another dream city job. I lasted two months at my last dream. I stupidly bought a £5000 annual season ticket too, as I was so sure this was 'the one'.

  • Are you a buddhist, or you just found my post? :-)

Dont give up hope.. you got a website?? Get your work out there... sell your self! :D
