Rainbow road seems so similar to Super mario galazy. even the music and the SFX sound similar

Rainbow Road wasn't made for SMG but they did add somethings to make it look like it was made for SMG. The Idea for Rainbow Road is not from SMG which you can tell because it was in the SNES Version and Nintendo 64. It is a nice track with the added music and the Star Bits you will see around the track, it is a great track for a great game.

actually, what i meant was compared to the DS version of RR, the Wii one looks a lot like SMG

You're right. I never noticed that Remus is a kart user as well.

I think it selects Mirror Mode only when enough people who are playing have unlocked Mirror Mode. Since it seems that a lot of people are having enough problems with 150cc, Mirror Mode would thus only show up when the people who have given up are whittled out.

That's how Rainbow Road looks like on my TV as I was playing it. I adjust my picture settings to be as close to what the TV shows as possible. (I use a VCR to have it show on the TV at the same time as the computer, since my video capture device hasa roughly two-second delay which would make the game unplayable.)

Good boost into first at the end at Luigi Circuit! I don't think I would have used a mushroom so wisely.

It's pretty simple when to use a Mushroom, at least with a Kart. Karts can't boost on straightaways, so why not?
