    All the other videos show ppl pushing up but I can't push up, theres too much strain on my arms, but your video has made it so much easier and im getting there.

  • Straech your arms and tryb to get up more... Im 12 and i learn that at age 4...

  • Ok the bed stretch is dangerous only do the window sill one and none of the rest are real stretches you must be so unflexible for them to feel like stretches! You never mentioned how important it is to warm up either which is dangerous too!

  • Yeh. When i do a crab, my legs are fine, but i CAN NOT seem to get my arms close to my body :S.

  • @GemmaaGhee try rocking your back out after (roll into a ball and rock) it helps stretch your back after a bridge :)

  • I am a level 8 gymnast and you are a complete head case are you taking advice from my granny or something. When you said the back of your arms you pointed to your shoulders. Thankyou for wasting 4 mins and 39 secs of my valuable life.

  • why? I am a beginner and they helped me. They are some tips that my friend who does gymnastics told me, and some others that I made up myself.

  • Well can you do a bridge already? It's obviously not going to help if you can already do them. I said in the beginning of the video it is for people wanting to learn if they couldn't from other videos.

    It's for beginners.
