Traxxas was barely even a company back then dip shit. Not to mention the fact they didn't make ANYTHING that was 4X4. I have my dads that he had as a kid (i'm 13) Its awesome!! It is really good at off roading and has lots of power. I like my dads yellow one better than the blue one in this commercial.

Yup, the RS Golden Arrow was upgradable. Mine had a Tamiya Hornet transmission, powerful 05 racing motor, full metal ball bearings & adjustable oil filled rear shocks in it. The front end had adjustble metal arms from the Tamiya "Frog". It was an OK entry level buggy for it's time.
