That plant definitely has to be shut down. They all do but that is a very high risk zone. I believe the lady who says a big earthquake could hit that area. With all this seismic activity around the ring of fire I'm not sure why they keep running these things. Actually any event which could cause a loss of cooling and there are many can cause another Fukushima on US soil. I'm in Australia but I don't want to see this happen again.
