You must be Hercules. I do this exercise. Instead of bag I use a 20kg disk. Only a few sets make me totaly exausted. It is as hard as a good deadlift.

So I think these guys are doing it pretty well.

standard bag sizes are 11, 17, 26, 37, 50 pounds. Those are 50. IBBC recommends start with a 26 to get bag technique right then move up.

@suplestraining Disagree . We make these - cost around £6 or $10 and the do the same thing. Inner tube - sand and cable ties. Interestingly loads of people do this. Your bags look great but simply are not that much better than a cheap home made version.
