May I ask, when capillaries renew their cells over time as all other cells in the body do, do they sometimes over produce cells, therefore contributing to stenosis which is not cholesterol or stenotic substances related? Also is it correct that blood contained in capillaries is good for the brain, yet toxic when hemorrhaged? Why?
