  • is there any BIG dif btwn making the shred single speeded or leave it with 16speeds?

  • @MrAlefantos to be honest, im not too sure as i didnt have the shred long enough. it also depends on what you are using the bike for. single speed took a lot of weight off of the bike for me, as well as losing some clutter from the handlebars. it also stopped the chain falling off after every jump. however, if your using it for long distance then the gears are a keeper.

  • pull up ? for more air

  • IS THE KONA SHRED HEAVY

  • @MATandBENgetLOADED yeah mine was, but it didnt have the lightest rims or anything. the only thing i had really been able to afford was to make it single speed which lightened it a bit but otherwise it was a bit heavy. sturdy tho, one of the best bikes i have ever had, i regret selling it now haha

  • @MATandBENgetLOADED shred frame is light as fuck!

  • @MATandBENgetLOADED yeah a bit, but its mainly for dirt jumping so they need to be strong

  • so bad ahah
