  • Saw these guys many times went backstage a few times, The things I saw were mind blowing, Nikki and Tommy lined up about 10 really hot whores and they had to squat and pick up the empty wine bottles with their coochie, 5 were able to do it so they got to go with the band the other girls went home I guess with the fond memories of a Motley Cure concert...lol

  • Saw these guys many times went backstage a few times, The things I saw were mind blowing, Plenty of whores alcohol drugs and as they say debauchery.

  • they really should have released this as a single, it would have been a hit

  • great story!

  • I was 14 when this album came out . 2 months later they were putting on a show at the Villa rial in McCallen Texas in 1982 i think was the year I saw them with 2 other groups, One called Heaven, and the other was 'Axe" I was told I could not go to the show so when my buddies came to get me I tossed my mattress over the balcony into the back of the pick up and Jumped in from the balcony . My parents never knew I left . I never saw that mattress again. How do you lose your mattress? Mom asked!

  • That is fucking beautiful !

"How do you lose your matress?" LMAO, hahahaha.

  • @jumpa01 HAHA!! Kick-ass dude! I just love stories like that! thanks for posting it!:)

  • @jumpa01 that is pretty much one of the most AWESOME rock n roll stories I have EVER heard...Those were the days... Now days you would've been sent to the youth authorities till you were 18!

  • it very very clearly borrows from on with the show. and yes, it's jesus of suburbia. i'm a huge green day fan, and the first time i heard that song i started singing the lyrics to on with the show when that part came up. you must be tone deaf if you can't tell the similarities

  • Ya dude seriouisly! i left a comment on that greenday song cause that part sounds JUST LIKE THIS! i didnt know if anybody else noticed!

  • best album

  • THiS SONG REMiNDS ME OF A GOOD FRiEND OF MiNE...MOTLEY WERE HiS FAVORiTE BAND, AND HE DiED OF AN OVERDOSE A FEW DAYS AGO. R.i.P iZZY, WE'RE GONNA MiSS YA BRO! <3 CRUE FOR LiFE! \m/

  • Motley Crue Forever Motherfuckers!!!!!!!

  • MOTLEY CRUE 4LIFE !

  • motley 4 ever

and the ppl who dont think that !@#% YOU!

  • Motley Crue Forever Motherfuckers!!!!!!!

  • Listen to Green Days American Idiot Record... song #2 City of the Damned and tell me thats not a blatant rip off of Motleys tune... surprised the Crue didn`t sue them...

  • im goin 2 em twice this year, as well as aerosmith, zz top, and metallica

  • Motley Crue kicks ass still today.... Everyone of their albums are the best and it is hard to pick just one.... Partied to their music and went to their concerts... Nikki Sixx is my favorite and even though I am older now and i have kids of my own.. and married i still think Nikki Sixx is hot..... The Original Motley Crue fan here

  • SO SWEET

  • This song always gave me goosebumps... I was 5 when it came out, and I loved it then as much as i do now... my favorite song by my favorite band... Crue Rules!!! Nikki, Mick, Tommy, Vince... No other band comes close to them... I'm glad theyre back on the road again for the past 5 years... Best concerts ever produced!!!

  • this song is better live

  • the very FIRST time he says "no, no -oh-oh" is just the TINIEST, TINIEST but off key

but still my favorite song by the crue

  • agreed and mine too haha

  • lol.

  • umm no

  • well, i know but i thought he did, but now i notice he doesnt. SORRY EVERYONE.

  • Fuck the negative comment you got for pointing this out! You are 100% right! And that's the beauty of "Too Fast For Love" it sounds unpolished, just like a band jamming in a garage. Tommy uses the cowbell way too much and you can hear his snare drum rattling in almost every song, the vocals are sophomoric and the production is non-existent but god damn it, that's what makes it great!! And so is y our comment!

  • YEAH man!

  • Sweet, but the live version is better imo.

  • yeaaaaaaaaaaa

  • anyways, they aren't similar!

  • this song was made in 1981, was cherry pie made before that?!

  • it starts with the Home Sweet Home video

  • BTW isn't this the video for...hmmm seems familiar. "Cherry Pie?"

  • That was Warrant. This is the right one.

  • My bad . THis is Motley, but it's a compilation of different videos.lol

  • bincemars666

"what crue song would be a good song to dedicate to a girl uve always loved but she doesnt know?

    any ideas?"

"The Stroke" by Billy Squiers. Not a Crue song but what you're probably doing right this moment.

  • Ten seconds to love -(LOL) or without you ?

It would depend on the girl I guess.

  • Does anyone realize this is the Home Sweet Home vid?

  • Red Hot is my favorite Crue Song too

  • face down in the dirt.

    SOLA.

too young to fall in love.

    looks that kill.

    primal scream.

    this.

    my favourite Crue songs.

  • My dream is fuck a bitch with Nikki Sixx

  • lol

  • my favorite is red hot on shout..., but this song is koooooooooool too

  • same here

  • this is my favorite song by motley crue!!!

  • make a coment people!!!!!!!!!!

  • i like the part where he says no no no

  • wow

  • guckson i also have just started at least with motley crew i am going to a concert soon

  • what crue song would be a good song to dedicate to a girl uve always loved but she doesnt know?

    any ideas?

  • chicks = trouble?

or, maybe, youre all i need?

if you dont know what its really about it could be nice.

or if that doesnt work, it would have to be the beautiful (and underdone) love classic of ten seconds to love.

    live wire works, too;]

  • Ten seconds to love or Red Hot, I think those 2 songs hit the G-Spot

  • this song rocks and my dad og tme into this 80's is music and i love it but my favoritet is home sweet home

  • This is the song that made me fall in love with MOTLEY CRUE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • It would be awesome if they pulled out these songs again to there setlist.

    Incredible to hear it live.

Why not do the whole album live.

Their new cd is great though.

Mix it up with the classics.

  • were you talking to me?

  • hehe =]]]

    Motley Crue is so amazing.

i wish i coulda seen them in the 80's...

but i wasnt born yet =\

  • can u tell me why u took this song from their first album an original classic and decided to variate between home sweet home and without you? lol clown

  • because i can and i did

  • i dont know jack about posting, etc....

    but its cool though

  • TY i have some album know

  • I love them soo much. This is amazing

  • It's the last song on their first album

"Too Fast For Love" which has some other songs on it not relesed on the orignal like "Toast Of The Town" and Stick to Your Guns

  • witch album is it from?

  • it's the last song on too fast for love

  • too fast for love. the greatest debut album from any band ever. and the crue's best album, in my opinion. they should teach that album to up and coming rock bands to show how it should be done. nothing today can match the raw edge of early era crue i dont think

  • even thou im only 11 i think motly crue is just the best... i mean most of the rock music today is just bad..and hip hop and rap

rock is somthing in your soul not rhianna or diddy

  • glad to see they are still picking up new fans. nothing for the last 15 or so years has even come close to albums like too fast and shout. but they are not nearly as good these days either, although the newest album isnt too bad, and has some catchy songs on it. it will never be like this again though. good times, i just caught the tail end of the glam scene and a bit of a comeback in nottingham in the mid-90's, which was very cool. doing your hair and makeup in the ladies room, then geting laid

  • I'm thirteen years old and I'm determined to become the next nikki sixx.

  • well dont go the heroin way. i tried that and it aint a fun ride

  • heroin sucks blah I haven't done that but i've done other things similar they suck lol good luck with becoming famous I also have a dream similar to that maybe i'll see you at the top hahah

  • wow me to :] i just started and ive learned 9 songs wich is 1 song per day :]

  • dude u couldnt be more right

  • i think is a great song for a very good album.this was written with heart thats for sure.

  • my favorite album is either shout at the devil or dr feelgood

  • mine is girls, girls, girls

  • i'd give ANYTHING to be alive when MOTLEY CRUE took off. i REALLY wish i was there. and 2days whiney shit about death and hate is considered rock... that music is bullshit! move outta the way emo shit cuz 80'S ROCK IS HERE TO STAY!!!!!! LONG LIVE MOTLEY CRUE!!!!!

  • hahaaa love it

so true about the whiny shit that's considered todays rock.

  • i was alive and seen thier 1st concert it was the sht wow wat a show

  • me to I would haved loved being born in the 70's so I could experiece the 80's.

  • Crue has stood the test of time..27 years ago was i first listening...i remember when i was in 7th grade this kid showed me the cover of shout.....and IT WAS ON! hahha

  • when i was a kid i loved their later albums, but as i aged I realized that Too Fast for Love is their best album. Pure Crue at its best.

  • i love this songg so much, was it about like about a band member that died before they recorded there first album?

  • No. Nikkis name was Frank Feranha (might be sellt wrong), the same name his father had, so he wanted to change it, and that´s basicly what he sings about, that frank Feranha died, his old self...

  • At least someone actually know what the songs about besides me lol!

  • no it was about his childhood with his fist full name Frank Ferreria but because of his father abandoning him and noting nothing to do with him, he changed it this songs about his name dieing..in a way.

  • this song means alot to me because of my moms death, but vince's voice is awesome.

  • Wen Nikki changed his name from Frank to Nikki Sixx, he decided to "kill" himself off in a song, then make it legal.

Hence the opening "Frankie died just the other night, some say it was suicide, but we all know how the story goes."

  • this is kool!

  • this is the home sweet home video

  • nice work! this is basically my favorite song and rock record of all time. the sound of a very hungry band.

  • just found the meaning for this, nikki changing his name cause he didnt want his dads name cause he didnt care about him and his 1st name was frank

  • his first name was frankie

  • every one needs to go on with the show

  • nikki knew what he was doin whys he so cool? lol

  • nikki knew what he was doin whys he so cool? lol

  • yes kingdiamondrocker66 read that from the dirt. hopefully we all did because everybody needs to read that book. get heroin diaries while your at it.

  • Love this song...it's one of those motley-gems you never hear anywhere but on an album...buried away deep in the tracklists. I personally LOVE their first album...it was badass, heavy, personal and the epitome of good old rock and roll. Beats the hell out of "Theatre of pain."

  • kingdiamondrocker66 u read that all from the dirt disn't you.

  • Nikki actually wrote this song about himself before he was Nikki, the opening line 'Frankie died just the other night' refers to Frank Feranna Jr. who called his father one night (who refused to acknowledge him as his son), then he went home, wrote this song then Frankie Jr. changed his name to Nikki Sixx...

  • I love this song, but it sounds SO much better on carnival of sins live. *shrug*

  • man this song makes me feel hapy and sad

  • THE CRUE FUCKEN ROCKS!!!!!!!!
