There are many songs called this (Romanza Italiana, Romanza for piano). The famous russian "Dark eyes" it's a Romanza. The romanza that plays your music box it's one the most famous and one of the most beautiful "Romanza". Why I know that the song is "Romanza Española"?. Because I'm Spanish and I hear it thousand times. It's very popular in my country.
