those things r insane, i got two running at 1200 watts , my friends can hear from me from like 300 yards away, and i shake other peoples cars at stplights with em, u just cant beat those for the money, i blew one out but it wasnt cos itwas overpowered, it was cos a wire rattled loose in my box and shorted out causing arcing power which just fucked em up.... good thing it wasnt a w7 otherwise i woulda spent 1500 bucks to replace it instead of 200

JL Audio W0 12" are great subs, they sound very good while hitting hard.

but on the other hand the you could get some kicker CVRs which will be a bit louder

@playacrash yeah, i got two 12" kicker compvr, 800 watt each and they hit hard as hell. i got a 2000w legacy amp hooked up to it. their only $150 each at best buy. i got two and a box there for $400 with 2 year warrenty.

I'd put the terminal cup back on there. That box isn't big enough to be used as a ported enclosure, and the "port" there is much too small. If you added a larger amp, it would make more port noise than actual bass. Great subwoofer though, just need a better box, or one designed to be used as a ported enclosure.

LOL, I just had to be a dick and point all those out. What I would do in your shoes, though, would be to put the terminal cups back in place for connectivity, but also make your own port and attach it to the outside of the box. It may not be the best looking device, but it would sound worlds better.

i had one of those but it was a ten in a idk what kind of box it was sort of like a bandpass/ported type of box. but yeah that thing slammed hard of its full 125 but ended up blowing out later. cool vid.
