Lovely song. But i have to admit that faeries hold no intrest to me. Even as a child they were uninteresting. Magic and the deep swedish forest was quite enough.

@darkhearte Me too! The first time I heard this, it sounded familiar...But I had never heard it before in my life. Same thing for my brother and sister! It was weird, and we still have no idea where the familiar tune is from.
When I first heard this song, it was the same for me. I played it over and over, trying to place it, even compared songs it might have been, but to no avail. Myself, I believe in the folk. I've seen them, so whatever the fairy folk may be, illusion, spirits, or a magical race, I know they exist.
Thus, not being able to place this tune, I honestly wonder if it's a memory from my childhood. I am told it is not uncommon for people in my family to see the people, especially children.
@darkhearte I think I heard it in a movie. I want to say a Fairy movie too. It's an old Fairy movie about two little girls that take pictures of fairies. But I'm not sure.
We used this song for my sister's handfasting three years ago.My niece and I did a small routine to it. My sister walked down the aisle to Fly Away with me, also on this cd. My mom was one of the officiants for her handfasting and because of that, these songs will always be special. Wonderful video!

The speed at which the images flashed by did not bother me; on the contrary, it was pleasing as I had the pleasure of seeing many more glimpses into the Faerie World than if the images passed by slowly. I think it also worked as Faeries tend to "flit about" as did your video. A perfect union of Faeries and video.

Lovely music and maybe the same can be said of the images--I rated the video a 5 and added it to my favorites. But I have a complaint: the images flashed by far too rapidly. Presumably this was in keeping with the pace of the music. However, most images did not last long enough to enjoy them. Another 2 to 3 seconds each would have enhanced my satisfaction. The images were quite interesting--I think. Can't be sure. Whizzzz

I know... week old comment. Anyways, fairies, for one and for two, how did you meet fairies and live to tell the tale? Listening to some common legends, fairies are supposed to be tricksters who have little regard for humans. They aren't going to just show up, say hi, then walk away. Their gonna torment you, possibly kill you, then be on their way.

I was an a summer swim on a forest lake. There were tiny water flies just above the water. I asked them by my expression what would be a good way to live. They flied and I copied their style of moving: such a great ages old integrity and heart felt motivation according to my soul! If they are not the fairies, then who?!
