  • I like the workout but it's clearly obvious that some of the moves are too advanced for many of the participants. They are having to compensate by using poor form and that could lead to muscle imbalances or injury.

  • No, not yet been too busy. When you are doing functional training it is difficult to lift for power. Multijoint movements in functional training requires stability and really good form. So sometimes going heavy is ok for one joint movement but not for the next one in the exercise

  • That's why kettlebells are so great - you can do both.
