@KawhackitaRag Those fancifully named tunes on the Kit Carson Wurlitzer 155 (Monster) band organ are not by Art Reblitz, although Art has arranged some tunes for that organ. The fanciful names were simply assigned by the producers of the CD to replace unidentified old, original Wurlitzer 155 roll titles.

Oh yes! The CD had new names for the tunes that match the music. It is named "the sweet giraffe waltz.

@tregnier279 according to anglerfly, this is the "Sweet Giraffe Waltz", which would make it a new composition by Art Reblitz, I believe.
