@jobothehobo1123 It works. But he slammed his jaw into the bar so it jammed the trap, and since it was slightly open, it wasn't attached to his mouth as strongly, so he slowly slid himself out. If you search for Jill's reverse bear trap, You can see this guy sticks with the original and gets his revenge on the girl :D

I love how in the end of saw 7 ~spoilers~ 3 pigheads (dr.gordon and the 2 guys from the lovers triangle trap) capture hoffman and put him in the same bathroom as saw 1. And you see how Dr.Gordon was jigsaws (john) apprentice all along. Great ending to a great series

Actually the beginning of saw 3D is Dr.Gordon going out of the bathroom. He puts his sawed off leg on a hot pipe and he cauterizing the wound. Therefore he is still alive.

If that was the case then there was no point on putting the scene in there. Its just like u are in a trap and your 100% going to die and you chop off an arm for fun. It doesn't make sense. @ldscott1000 basically, all you have to know is that, hoffman was the one that jigsaw wanted jill to be tested. and the trap was the bear trap in saw 1 where it locks into a person's mouth and when the timer goes off, the "metal braces" of the head separates and rips the person's mouth apart
