Heres how to lockpick a very hard lock at skill 9. first you have to press up on the pin twice. do not press a like up, A really fast. Wont work! if the pin/tumbler drop fast a first it will slow down the second time. so fast/slow, slow/fast, fast, slow, slow, fast. used one pick for very hard at skill 11!!!

About the lockpicking, after playing for a while I realized there's a specific sound it makes that never fails to open the lock, and if you're good enough you can go through the entire game with only one pick.

@TheDonut65 i got it for £6.51. it came with a map and a unscrached disk. i would REALLY recomend you get it. i played it for a few days and i went to play mw2 and since i use 10 sensitivity i went 5-23 because oblivion has REALLY low sensitivity

@akotoopia no they don't, the experience you earn just gets redistributed because of your bonuses, for example if you originally chose a high elf as a race and you power leveled all your magic skills to 50. but at the end of the tutorial you changed your race to redguard, your magic skills wouldn't be at 50 anymore because of your racial bonuses, but you wouldn't lose any of the experience you gained

to make the game easy i just join the mages guild, use the duplication glitch to get money+rings then enchant the rings to add to skills or wutev and use the permanent enchantment glitch, u can get really strong but it a couple of hours to do
