It didn't hurt, because he didn't allot Cotto to hist him flush with any his punches. Pac Man's become a more intelligent fighter, and he's learned how to duck and slip punches. Even when he looked hurt, he counter punched, got off the ropes, and destroyed Cotto with his speed and combinations. Pac Man is a complete fighter now in the welterweight division, and he is a true all time great.
I can't wait to see him fight Mayweather. That's gonna be a great fight. :)
