I do the same tracing thing (with red instead of blue) then draw with the black lines, but ur way better than me... i wish i was as good as you, but that might be because im prolly like at least 5 years yonger than u, im 12... and can draw about as good as an amature can draw...

Drawing anime with paint is not actually hard at all. Just use the curvy line tool! Thats all you have to do. If you can manage that tool then you can draw any anime character with paint. The rest depends on your art skills.

@dajagirl55 He/she used a recording program. I have a program called HyperCam 3 (there are HyperCam, HyperCam 2 and HyperCam3), i could tell you where to download HyperCam 3 if you have torrent. Type in on Google "hyper cam 3 download torrent tpb" and click where it says "Hyper Cam 3.0.912.18 + CRACK (download torrent) - TPB" and when it downloads search on youtube how to use it (although it's VERY simple) I hope i helped. :)

@LPSrandomness The scribble blue lines are kinda like a frame you do so you can get the idea of what you want the outline to look like. after that you have to redo it all with the black lines and then erase the blue scribbles.

Nope. Go in Paint, draw a black circle. Scribble some blue lines in it, then put the same blue in your main color spot, and white in your secondary color, and try filling blue, then filling white. The blue lines should disappear.
