I see that is interesting to know, bad pay ='s bad service. I understand,
but people are looking for good service when they have trouble. Now you all know that the people you are dealing with over the phone do not care about your service problems. It shows when you call them believe me. it shows. Check out my site I have a cool video on it that portrays' the customer service. thanks
See most people, do not read the Terms of Service. Every sales call, the entire ToS is read TO the customer. How many stop to ask stuff or raise an eyebrow at something like, a $40 disconnection fee? None, cause people are too blinded by "cheap" service, I've customers tell me "who is going to sit down & read that entire document?". Its a contract. You agreed to it, you had to legally agree before we could make your account. It's funny to see people rage at Vonage, for their own poor judgement
The anger here is misplaced. I'm an American in a Vonage Call Center and ya know what? For most problems, yes we don't care. We barely make more than minimal wage, we get 0 sick days, we don't get most Ameircan holidays off and more. But from a technical aspect, any time someone complains about poor quality, it's almost always internet related, or how their home network is setup. PLUS, half the stuff people bitch about? Terms of Service. You agreed to this, up front, before we make your account.
