Ummmm....I have a question most stands that sell kwek kwek has a different using vinegar with some chili and other stuff but when i tried making the same 1 it didnt taste right do you know how to make that kind of dip? cool vid by the way....and thx to u i know know that balut is not chicken egg thx again col vid

hmmm...
doesn't look as bad as i thought it might be (since i don't personally care for balut).
i might try a vegetarian version of this with tofu or tempeh, and make a similar sauce using ketjap manis.

if you want a sweet version, you can also use a pancake mix as the batter... just add orange coloring... :)
