Smaller Weights more reps do nothing..!! They just burn ur fats...!! which brings out definition in ur muscles...!! THe better way is sprinting or carido if you ask me...!!
wrong, there is not such thing as "ripped muscles" or "bulky". Muscle is muscle. It is the body fat percentage that will determine if you are so called "ripped" and with a higher body fat and muscle will make you look "bulky"
not allways true, you can actually BUILD muscle and if you keep a good diet and already skinny u will see ripped lines....thats why ppl say there ripped. i say it goes BOTH WAYS
umm... you are right.. but you still need to do more reps if you want to be more cut.. if you do olny heavy weights low reps it will only work the belly of the muscle. do light weights more reps to work the other parts of the muscle to become more defined "ripped"
What do I do if one arm is significantly weaker than the other? One can do 12 reps and the other struggles with 5! Anyone got any tips on how to get them matched up?
word. i wasn't getting anywhere with these, so i read that good conditioning before you do the higher weights is to go for 100reps. i did that for about two weeks, got up to 20 lbs, and now i'm good to go for this stuff.
Thank you so much for posting these videos as they are very helpful for beginners like me. I wonder if you could help me with this question. As i have a little big belly, some say don't have any protein supplements after the exercises and then the body will use the fat in my body(specially the belly) and it's good in the beginning. and some say it's good to have some protein supplements as the body need to recover a work out in gym. Please advice me on this matter.
Yeah what sk8er said you need to train heavier, I trained for a year on 15s when I was like 12 or 13 And I never really got much bigger, but then I upped it to 20 for a few months and gradually went up by 5 pounds(except for 30 and 40, because I didn't have room for another couple 2.5s I had to make a 10 pound jump). It'd be good to keep maybe a lower weight for different excersizes for your triceps and anyother excersize besides bicep curling. Protein certainly helps a lot though.
Yea. By training 'a lot' I hope you don't mean 'overtraining' because this can decease your muscle mass. As sk8erflip4 said, workout heavy and take lots of protein. If you overtrain, your just continually breaking down your muscles. You've probably heard this all before, but another very important factor is diet. You must consume a LOT of calories everyday, and get plenty of sleep to get those muscles growing.
so ur kinda just curling and twisting ur arm slightly at the same time?

Is there a difference between sitting down and standing up while doing the bicep curls?

Not,really the seated position just takes away the strain from your back.
