SECRET: People use water, energy, and sewer.....NOT houses. You can take the biggest energy hog on the block and make it an off grid home for free in seconds, just unplug it. World bankers in control of your govt., which trickles down to gubment check hunters like LEED, want you to have bigger mortgages on the same homes...PERIOD.
