@ralex888 it's not normal English but Jamaican Patois. It's a mix of English with African Languages and perhaps some French, Spanish or even Native American parts. Sounds like strange English but often for example with different grammar structure. The rap-part is probably a sample from some Dancehall-Reggae-stuff like often used in early Jungle music and also in Breakcore/Raggacore-Stuff like this track...
