  • So i have a question.I had a this same surgery bilateral..Still in pain 5 months after and very sensitive to standing for long periods of time. Also gas causes constant pressure and i often have to sit down intill it is relieved, why?

  • How many incisions are made?? some say one , some say 2 , some say 3, curious to know...

  • i wish the video was a little longer....also do they suture the mesh??? just stapling, will it work??

  • @ullasrajchellappan1

just stapling is enough to hold it in place for a few weeks and then body takes over

  • longer video gets boring

  • @ullasrajchellappan1 please see the link below for longer video in hd

  • @maczadic i agree with you

  • good become a surgeon and come to visit us

  • that is the coolest friggen thing i have every seen! (im not sure why, maybe it'a the thought that you can do this through some tiny hole in someone's side!) whoa! i think i might want to be a surgeon!

  • To anyone having this surgery: I just had a bilateral (both sides) laparoscopic procedure and it's not bad at all. Both hernias are repaired using the same small incisions. I was sent home the same day with a bottle of pain pills and instructions to be a couch potato for a week. So far so good. There's nothing to be afraid of.

  • I'm going into surgery for a hernia and this is the method they r going to use

  • i had this operation few months back and i noticed my abdomen esp the periumbilical area is bloated a little. is this normal?

  • no nerves should be cut during laparoscopic hernia repair

  • Hernia is one of the common men's diseases. But it is curable and can be repair. Another video is present on Symposier site about this and it presents as well there the causes and effects of hernia to one person.

  • i am going to have this operation soon. I can't sleep at night now because of the pain when i move around. How long is the recovery time?

  • what was the ouch for

    this is minmal access surgery

  • ouch
