  • There is no debate: Rakim is untouchable, fluidly lyrical, his style so faultless that it's content is devoid of dross. Rakim is number ONE; his off-the-dome joints eclipse anything I've heard come out the mouth. Yeah, KRS, Eminen, Pac, all these dudes are unquestionably DOPE, but The "R" has peerless flows that are just impeccable, spirit-derived, 100% proof Hip-Hop. He is KIng, case closed.

  • I went to this show in NYC! It was mostly Wutang and Rakim, but he got arrested while on his way (child support) so he didnt make it and recorded right after. It's CLASSIC!
