Let us look at other places where there were two different ethnicities with a history of fighting who are now at peace, then find out what they did right. They kill for their own ideological reasons like communism, Islam or Christianity etc or just plain power and greed. Non-belief in a god is not what caused the problem in those countries you named I affraid, in fact it was quite the opposite... it was peoples blind belief and lack of questioning that made them so easy to manipulate into commiting attrocities in the first place.

Even in the description of the vid is stated : "In June this year ethnic tensions in Kyrgyzstan...." The only mention of religion was made near the end of the video by the narrator but not as the main reason of this conflict but as a common point of this 2 ethnic groups.
