Are you putting water in the bottom of the pot to steam it. If so I must have missed that part.
That is so cleaver. Thanks. And you didn't even have a hole in the lid. That's good. I'd rate it but I don't see anything on the screen to click for that.

use pebbles instead of water to buffer & create the oven effect by uniform lower heat transfer.
