  • Great art!!! love the pallete.

anyway wat the song called in 2.00? its so artistic voice.

i will grateful thank you if someone give me the name of the song.

  • Great use of the old masters techniques! And a beautiful subject.

  • I thought the orange was just a turpentine wash allowing easier application of the oil paint to be smoother onto the canvas.

  • many compliments, your art is beautiful.

  • wow! loved the painting and loved the music, thank you! :)

  • it was great and fantastic!

  • nice dead layer! Definitely pays off in the finished painting.

  • to be continue...

  • does somebody know how the second music is called? 2:00

  • Can someone tell me how the music is called? It sounds beautiful...

and the painting is beautiful... respect!

  • it's by Yann Tiersen.. if im not mistaken it's called

la valse de amelie" or something like that.

  • Fantastico , y muy bello pintar es magia un saludo .

  • Hey, I recognize this music from the movie Amelie!!

  • is this painting alla prima or is it it different sessions ?

  • What brushes were used for each part of the process?

  • Scary skin tones. Not working for you very well, keep trying.

  • agree, and hes doing it the hard way.

  • very nice

  • it looks like a hand of a man!

  • the song is called La valse d'Amelie by YANN TIERSEN. is from the movie "amelie" that i strongly recommend

  • I knew that song sounded familiar =)

  • i think some orange at the back, and keeping 4 nails, would be beautiful, so you can see all the lays of paint...

  • part 3 makes the painture ugly...

  • love it...your painting and the music...(wish i know the tittle)

  • The hand spoils it? How about the music?

  • The painting is beautiful, but the hand does spoil it. Sorry

  • Very nice

  • great work !!

  • hahahahah look at her hand lik a granny hand.lol

  • beautiful :)

  • it is beautiful.

  • I love the Amelie soundtrack, and I absolutely love your painting.

  • Why WRBY do u paint an under coat of orange color if you are painting over it with a complete opposite color that doesnt allow the orange color to show through

  • hi this is bernard...maybe the old masters can answer this question...

  • I was wondering the same thing.

  • cuz the orange color makes upper layer a little bit warmer

  • @pumpedpittbull It's the contrast of warm and cool colors. the warm sienna underpainting shows through the cooler greys creating a tension in surface. Same effect can be achieved using contrasting colors. It's a method found in any master painting and a method to capturing what the eye see's or doesn't see.

  • @pumpedpittbull Cause when you put opposite colors together you create a "colored grey", which is more fresh/pure when you put them together directely on the surface (not mixing them on the painting palette). I hope I'm right but this is what my art teacher told me.

  • @pumpedpittbull this is the old master style , or the classic style of the 5-7 layers

  • beautiful. simply beautiful.

  • indecent

  • Wow t vraiment bon.. T mon idol! :) lache pas

  • the hands look friggin real!!!

  • thats soo coool

idk alot of ppl had tht b-day

    w00t for sept 24

  • isn't that kind of unrelated? and distant... good painting... i can't really say more because im not very artistic, and it's condescending to talk about a piece of art that is so far out of my league.

  • hahah who cares??

  • I am amazed... that's LEONARDO DA VINCI reborn!

  • beautiful work, and beautiful hands. I just kept watching them get more and more defined and I soon couldn't tell the difference between your hands and hers. A true artist at work.

  • wow very nice!!!

  • great!
