I admit I came here because of SeaNanners. But the video was pretty interesting (watched the whole thing) You never know when you have to build a table ;) But I love how he really seems to enjoy doing what he does.
guys stop spamming this video with comments about SeaNanners... Surprisingly enough, he actually has deeper interests than being SeaNanners, he does have a life outside of gaming and he's actually a very creative person if any of you bother to actually listen to what he says in podcasts or commentaries
My Dad used to make handmade furniture (before he got cancer) and I always thought, well still do think that the things a Carpenter can do are extraordinary!
Building it the right way: crafted from the very beginning. My family has a dinner table they use every day that has been in the family for almost a century, and it never has broken, even with a complex mechanical extension feature.
That's what I love about the older items, back in the day they were built to last! Now ever thing is mass produced and companies don't care about quality.
He mentions at 4:00 that his finished products aren't "necessarily beautiful" but I think they're lovely! More so because of all the personal effort that goes into creating it. That's a beautiful thing.
They are really beautiful, although he denies it. <3

That saw mill is fantastic. I love how 100 year old machines are still a viable choice.
