I don't know much about the loco, but from the squat shape of the boiler and high cab, it almost seems as though she was built to have a tank across her boiler.
Its a Lunk alright, also sounds like a PRR whistle, I know, I grew up with the PRR K-4's as a teenager. Just excellent sound.
