AVCHD 1080i Olympus Pen E-P3 video clip sample 1

this looks a lot better than other e-p3 videos i saw. for example: watch?v=ZfSiBgr8GPs , even when the filming is actually not that shaky (e.g. at 7:30) there is a lot of wobbeling. how does that come?

@jojoKsb depending on the encodingsoftware that was used and also how the person filmed and rendered it really come into play for the video.

@LiteCastStudios ok, thanks a lot! i was also wondering in what way factors like this can influence the wobble effect. what encoding software and/or editing software did you use for this one, or is it an original file?

@jojoKsb i dont know exactly which format the video records into meaning when you press the record button it will record in a certain format, and given olympus is a name brand, they will probably use a general encoding like MPEG-4 (H.264) or a proprietary format, like a format they made up. If you edit this video in After Effects or Final Cut Pro, which are spectacular video editing software you should get large high quality formats, however, if you want a fast mid quality video use Vegas Pro.

@LiteCastStudios ok thanks.. i mostly use vegas pro 10. but i just ordered a panasonic g3, so i wont have to worry about e-p3 issues in the near future, I'll go with the panasonic issues then ;D
