If you haven't seen then you must!! It was very well acted & very well made, but a liitle strange to see it set in Sweden like the books when everyone speaks English. Interesting! Otherwise fantastic!
Also if you like this kind of stuff check out DCI Stark in SEA DOGS (google DCI Stark). In the second book DIAMOND IN THE ROUGH he actually ventures into MI6 territory.
@BethGoth15 Well yeah, it's just negative maybe you preferred the Swedish version? I do, but I can't see why someone would go on a video, even if it came up on recommended or whatever just to say they don't like it.
Marillionmad you are wrong, the swedish original are best, you cant take a copie and think its better if you do, you are stupid dum ass, we have jens lapidus snabba cash, stieg larsson män som hatar kvinnor, men who hates wimmen and lapidius stranslate it be fast cash, we dont care if the us ocre uk think they have inpact on the film industry so shut up
Cant wait for tonights! I've been watching the Swedish ones on BBC four, I love em, but this the british one, beats it, i am sorry to say! its an amazing production
This is an outstanding piece of work from BBC Scotland under the leadership of Anne Mensah.
BBC Scotland is going to be the long awaited British answer to HBO, FX, & Showtime thanks to her.
BAM! Take that Julie Gardner & BBC Wales!
Though, we do love you lots too Julie :D
I loved Wallander, I hope they make more! But at £2million an episode... will they? It's been a big moneyspinner for BBC Worldwide - it even sold to other countries before it had aired in the UK!
You know way too much nitty gritty info that is irrelevant to most people. Who the fuck gives a shit about some Anne Mensah or Julie Gardner.. or the "rivalry" between BBC Scotland and BBC Wales ? if a show is good, it's good. End of story..
I love the english pronounciation of "Wallander" sounds remotely similar to the original swedish, but nevertheless, it sounds wicked. Finally they put Sweden in the perspective! :>
swedish wallander is best! USA F##K YOU!
