I had this on a PC. I think I DL-ed a package of mods from some random site and it enhanced every part of windows 98 slightly only by making the on screen format simple-er and different and newer looking. I had it for a montha nd went back to normal windows 98 plus.  yay for flash back memories <3

Original audio was disabled due to copyrights bullsh*t.. For a while there was no audio at all, and since last year I decided to help promoting some unknown bands from youtube's free tracks instead of having muted video.

Every few months I swap the audio with some new free track.

Once it's pop, other times rock, and so on...

Just turn off the audio if it bothers you.

Becuase, back in those times, the operating systems couldn't communicate with the BIOS chip, witch controlls all the hardware, including the power supply.

Thw windows would show this message telling you that it is safe to disconnect the power to the computer. This way, you wouldn't have the wierd discan or whatever it is called showing evreytime at boot.
