Mariab232 don't worry the charity released it after she'd recorded it years ago and given it to them so that's why she isn't in the video. She hasn't broken her x factor contract that means she is managed by simon cowell's sister company for 14 years. Hopefully he'll decide she is allowed to enter the x factor again next year- he's a bad person but a good business man.

@MissLilTracy It appears that it is difficult to find this record in the stores. I suspect that a charity cannot afford a budjet for distribution.

Personally I was hoping that support for this worthy casue and great Christmassy song would rise up in the media and this would overcome distribution short comings. Now personally i think the playlisters are a bunch of misery guts.

Two years old. Shows how much she has improved. But also shows the potential which all her fans dearly want her to develope ever furher.

The trouble with these hits is that its few thousand hardcore fans watching repeatedly. Gamu needed to get to those miilions of views she had before. Being banned from the media stopped her. Shame it would have been a great fairy tale.

This video is too far fetched. It shows a well dressed little girl wandering around the streets in the UK alone. The majority of people would call the police and seek help. The video would be far better if it was focused on the homeless or something that has more reality.

@m0bob Well dressed? They are pyjamas, and they are probably all she owns. Also, this video is focussing on the homeless. People feel more compassion and sympathy towards children, therefore having a homeless child, not a tramp, will bring out more emotion and more people will buy the song.

To be honest this video could be improved. It should show real sad faces of displaced children at the beginning and then show the happy events to show how happy they can be with the help of others. This is only a constructive criticism.
