u can c the carnival and the pier in that first scene of full trailer with the black and white dudes jogging along that walkway. its on a poster hanging from the handrailing. I hope that mile high building gets built as the story progresses that'd be amazing coz u c the finished picture on the poster hanging off of it.

Seriously? there were signs like 'no fishing zone' in SA too, that doesn't indicate you can fish at all, The golf car was in 3 GTA games, not just IV, and it's not the same.

That pier was in SA too, it being the same city makes it pretty obvious to be there again.
